Technology

ayersgraphicstudio runs Adobe Creative Suite, especially Photoshop, Illustrator, and Acrobat Pro. We also use  AutoCAD, SketchUp Pro, and Google Earth Pro in our image creation process. We've never had any file compatibility issues - we can convert pretty much any file type into pretty much any other file type, and back if need be. We strive to maintain the latest versions of our tools to better serve our clients. We also have multiple backup systems in place, so your finished renderings won't disappear.

Process

Typically, our client contacts us and already has an image. Sometimes it's a finished Master Plan or Landscape Plan, and they need it rendered to better communicate their project. Sometimes it's more of a sketch-y, looser drawing and elements are needed to bring it to life (think color, with street trees, foundation plantings, cars, etc. added). And on occasion, several loose sketches that need to be combined and drawn up together and overlaid on an aerial image.

We'll send progress images, to make sure everyone is on the same page. Once we're all satisfied, a final full-sized PDF of our image will be sent to you, typically at 200 dpi. ayersgraphicstudio doesn't provide hard copies of our renderings, but we have partners we can recommend who do (and do it very well).

Pricing

Every project is different, and each one is priced based on its own needs. We'll provide a quote for you before any work is done, and we'll do the work for that quoted price. Minor revisions are included in the quote - we want satisfied clients, who can confidently return to us with any other projects.
